It's happy hardcore, it's made by P*light and DJ Noriken, a fantastic duo for making fantastically happy music. Oddly enough, this appears to be the sequel to Glitters (2009), one of the best happy-hardcore albums I've ever heard. Album art looks amazing as well, if you like Happy Hardcore, and you like J-Core, you'll very likely... like this album!
